Podiatrist
Sas graduated as a podiatrist with honours from UCL Medical School. He is a musculoskeletal podiatrist with a special interest in biomechanics - the science of human movement.
Podiatrists diagnose and manage a wide range of lower limb disorders from painful corns and ingrown toenails to ankle, knee or hip pain caused by poor alignment and muscle imbalances. In addition to his role as lead podiatrist in biomechanics at a large teaching hospital, he works with a number of sports physiotherapists and is also seconded to the sports sciences department of a London University as a clinician and educator.

Dr Paul Armstrong graduated from Manchester University Medical School in 1976. After completing further specialist training and extensive postgraduate research, he was appointed as a consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1987.
His NHS appointment as a senior doctor was at Barts & The London, he is an examiner for the University of London and for the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He also is active in medico legal work.
He provides sensitive care for pregnancy and delivery, and benign gynaecology for women of all ages. In addition, he has particular expertise in the areas of repeated miscarriage and keyhole surgery
Happily married with two daughters and a son, in their teens and early twenties, Paul is personally familiar with many of the concerns and issues women and couples face. His years of clinical experience, both in the UK and abroad, have deepened his understanding further and have also allowed him insight into other cultures and customs. He fervently believes that each one of his patients is an individual with individual circumstances and treatment needs, and these he aims to address with a sympathetic ear and an open mind in his practice.
Paul offers inpatient care and deliveries are several private hospitals in Central and SW London.
Mr Shahryar Beheshti

Shahryar is an oral surgeon at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.
He qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1999 and began his career in a specialist referral surgical dentistry practice. He worked closely with the President of the Association of Dental Implantology UK during this time.
Following this, Shahryar worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in various hospitals in London for several years and developed skills in managing and treating patients with head and neck cancer and trauma.
Shahryar is a Member of the Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He is skilled in all aspects of oral surgery, particularly the removal of impacted wisdom teeth, and has an interest in conscious sedation.

Dr Owen Bowden-Jones is a consultant psychiatrist at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital covering the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. His main areas of interest include the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders and addictions. He trained as a general psychiatrist on the St Mary's and Charing Cross Scheme and has worked in the following areas: general psychiatry, psychotherapy, childhood and adolescence, old age, eating disorders and addictions. He is a visiting consultant at the Roehampton Priory. Owen has been lecturing for many years at Imperial College and at many London teaching hospitals training doctors in Psychiatry. He has an MSc in Clinical Psychiatric Research from Imperial College.
Owen prides himself on his holistic approach to psychological problems and uses both medication and psychotherapy in treating his patients.

Dr Carl Brookes is a cardiologist and physician based at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Foundation Trust. He also consults at the Hampshire Clinic, the Royal Brompton Hospital and the Cromwell Hospital in London. He qualified from Oxford University and received his cardiology training at the Hammersmith and Royal Brompton Hospitals in London. He runs a joint practice that sees 10,000 patients a year with cardiological problems.
His main interests are in the field of invasive cardiology and he jointly runs an active coronary angioplasty/stent and pacemaker implantation programme.
Carl lectures widely on all aspects of heart disease.

Child Psychologist
Dr Mandy Bryon is a Clinical Psychologist consultant with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children for over 11 years. Her specialist interests in the field are in cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of psychological problems including management of behaviour problems, parenting skills, sleep and feeding difficulties, pain management, anxiety, emotional stress and phobias. In addition, she has published on the management of general childhood difficulties such as separation anxiety, tantrums and sibling rivalry and has also worked extensively with sick children helping them and their families cope with the impact of illness and trauma.
Mr Hamid Daya

Mr Hamid Daya is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at St. George's Hospital where he provides Specialist Paediatric ENT services for the region. He trained at the University of St Andrews and Manchester and completed his ENT training at St. George's Hospital, The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, London and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
He trained in Paediatric ENT at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. Hamid has a particular interest in childhood hearing loss and paediatric head and neck disease.

Kerry graduated from the British school of Osteopathy with a BSc Honours degree. She has gained invaluable experience of both acute and chronic pain conditions manifesting in the musculoskeletal system.
Kerry treats conditions such as trauma, sports injury, headache, back pain, sinusitis, posture and stress. She continues to develop an integrated structural and cranial Osteopathic approach to treatment. She is particularly interested in the role posture plays in influencing individual development for all ages.
Asif Haq

Asif Haq is a Consultant Colorectal and Laparoscopic General Surgeon practicing at Kings College Hospital in London. He qualified from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and trained in surgery on the North East Thames Rotation which included the Royal London and the Royal Free Hospitals. He was awarded the Sir Ian Todd research grant and the New York Traveling Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has also been fortunate to be awarded training fellowships in laparoscopic colorectal and general surgery within the UK and Canada and has been invited to guest speak about his expertise internationally.
He has an interest in keyhole surgery, rectal bleeding, haemorrhoids, hernia repairs, anal fistulae, pilonidal sinus and inflammatory bowel disease and bowel cancer. He is proficient in diagnostic upper and lower endoscopy.

Katy qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1993. As well as her medical degree she was awarded a BSc in Pathology. She progressed through her basic surgical training in hospitals both in East and West London. Her specialist training was based at St George’s hospital and she rotated through many of the hospitals in Surrey and the South West. Katy was awarded a nationally competitive oncoplastic fellowship and spent this time between the Royal Marsden Hospital and the St Andrews Plastic and Reconstructive unit in Chelmsford.
In 1996 she was appointed Consultant Breast and Reconstruction at Charing Cross Hospital Fulham, part of Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust. The unit treats over 350 breast cancers a year and is an NHS breast screening centre. Last year she personally surgically treated 150 breast cancers and saw over 1500 women with breast complaints. She has recently submitted a PhD to the University of Surrey on a rare form of Breast cancer and teaches regularly at the Royal College of Surgeons.

Mr Bijan Khoubehi is a consultant urological surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He qualified at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1994. Following surgical training, Bijan carried out his urological training in London. Having completed his general urological training, he undertook two fellowship years in Urological Oncology at the Charing Cross Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital.

After qualifying from Trinity College, Dublin in 2002 Dr Bryan Long initially specialised in the care of especially nervous and anxious dental patients before he moved towards private family dental care in London and Surrey. His experience has covered the entire spectrum from the simplest routine maintenance through to complex restoration cases and he has co-ordinated medical-dental teams including specialists from several fields in complex cases. Bryan also regularly provides Botox and dermal fillers and has become adept at headache management using splints and other dental techniques.
As part of the Westover dental team Bryan undertakes routine dental maintenance and restorations and assists in multi-disciplinary cases such as those involving chronic head, neck and shoulder pain from grinding/clenching and the maintenance of strict oral hygiene in cases with high risks of heart disease or stroke. Bryan's areas of particular interest are in the achievement of complete oral health using the most advanced techniques in tooth whitening, all-ceramic crowns and dermal treatments including Botox and dermal fillers.

Michael Lunn is a Consultant Neurologist, Clinical Lead in Neuroimmunology and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the National Hospital for Neurology, Queen Square, a directorate of the UCLH NHS Trust. He also consults at the Lister Hospital in Chelsea.
He trained in medicine at Emmanuel College Cambridge and the Charing Cross and Westminster Hospitals Medical School. He worked at the Royal Brompton and Hammersmith Hospitals before receiving his specialist neurology training in the UK at Guy's, King's, St Thomas's and Charing Cross hospitals, Hurstwood Park Neurosciences Centre and Queen Square and at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, USA.
Dr Lunn is interested in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of all aspects of general neurology including headaches, epilepsies, movement disorders, memory difficulties and demyelinating diseases. He has a specialist clinical and research interest in peripheral neuropathies, especially those with an inflammatory component. He lectures on both general neurological topics and in his specialist area both in the UK, Europe and Africa.

Ana is a qualified Osteopath that has completed additional training in Cranial Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Nursing, Sports and Reiki Therapy. Her specialities include women's pre and post natal care, plus children's health and wellbeing.
Ana initially worked as a Nurse in her homeland of Brazil, specialising in the areas of intensive care, post cardiac surgery and women's health. She then relocated to New Zealand where she came to learn more about alternative forms of treatment within the medical field. She then moved to England and trained as an Osteopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London. She has since attended various post-graduate courses in the area of Cranial Osteopathy, Osteopathic Care During and after Pregnancy and has completed a Masters degree in Paediatric Osteopathy. Ana has also worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children and now practices at The Westover - Notting Hill treating individuals of all ages.

Dr John Martin qualified from Cambridge University and King's College Hospital Medical School in 1990. He trained in General Medicine and Gastroenterology within North West Thames, and was appointed consultant gastroenterologist at The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in 2002 and recently moved to the Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust in 2006. John is a general gastroenterologist with a particular interest in diseases of the colon and small intestine, particularly colorectal cancer and inflammatory bowel disease, and has a research interest in screening for colorectal cancer. He is skilled in diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower GI endoscopy as well as capsule endoscopy and is active in colonoscopy training, regularly teaching at two National Training Centres for endoscopy.

Dr Nilesh Morar is a consultant dermatologist who graduated cum laude at the top of his class in 1993. He has been practising dermatology since 1996. In 2003 he was awarded a prestigious Wellcome Trust Fellowship to pursue a PhD at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics at the University of Oxford. He has also continued his research in Imperial College London and has published in scientific journals and spoken at several international meetings. Apart from managing general dermatological conditions, his interests include the management of eczema, psoriasis, acne, infections, moles and skin cancer.

Qualified from the London Foot Hospital in 1978 and since then has been actively involved in pursuing all aspects of Podiatry. She spent some time at The New York College of Podiatric Medicine and underwent a 6 month residency in a podiatry practice there and later she successfully ran a practice in Christchurch, New Zealand. For the past 20 years she has specialised in the treatment of children's feet but she does treat people of all age groups. In 1984 she established Pembridge Practice which has looked after the feet of Notting Hill for the past 23 years.

Dr Nazima Pathan is consultant paediatrician at the Royal Brompton Hospital and Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. Having qualified at St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School (University of London) in 1993, she has been working in paediatrics since 1995. She has undertaken paediatric training at Great Ormond Street, St Mary's, Queen Charlotte's and John Radcliffe Hospitals and has also worked at Duke University Children's Hospital in the United States.
Nazima is able to advise on general paediatric problems, including respiratory problems, infections, feeding difficulties, growth and developmental problems.

Paediatric Allergist
Dr Michael Perkin is a Senior Lecturer in Paediatric Allergy at St Thomas’ Hospital, the largest NHS children’s allergy service in the country, and is a Consultant in Paediatric Allergy at St George’s Hospital. Having qualified at St George’s Hospital Medical School (University of London) in 1993, he commenced training in paediatrics and chose to specialize in paediatric allergy. He undertook allergy training at Southampton and St Mary’s Hospital as well as Great Ormond Street Hospital. His research interest is understanding why so many children develop allergies and his PhD looked at farming children and what protects them from allergic disease. He is now co-leading a large trial to try and prevent infants developing food allergies in the first place – the EAT Study.
Michael is able to advise on the management of food allergy, eczema, asthma, rhinitis (hay fever) and conjunctivitis as well as specific drug and insect sting allergies.
Michael provides a joint service with his wife, Dr Lucy Thomas (MB BCh, DRCOG, DFFP, MRCGP). Lucy qualified from University of Wales College of Medicine in 1992 and undertook training in general practice in Surrey. Having completed their family of four children she has chosen to develop a special interest in paediatric allergy working in conjunction with Michael.

Mr Paul Roblin is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust. He qualified from St George’s Hospital, London and undertook his Plastic Surgery training on the Pan Thames training scheme. Following completion of this he spent one year at the world renowned M. D. Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston, Texas, specialising in cancer reconstruction for all forms of cancer. He is a member of the British Association for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).
Mr Roblin’s interests are breast cancer reconstruction, gynaecological cancer reconstruction, and surgery for moles and skin cancer. In addition, he performs surgery for routine and traumatic hand problems. He is also fully trained in cosmetic surgery and undertakes both non-surgical rejuvenation techniques and cosmetic surgery procedures, such as, facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, abdominoplasty, and cosmetic breast surgery.

Dr Julia Scarisbrick works at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospitals in London, and The Westover, Wandsworth. She is fully accredited with the GMC and is on the British Specialist Register of the General Medical Council. She is also a member of the British Association of Dermatologists. She has published widely on skin lymphoma and lectures internationally. She consults on all skin conditions for both children and adults.

Dr Jerome Sebah practised General Dentistry in Paris from 2002. He began his professional career working with worldwide recognised aesthetics specialist, Dr Paul Mira. From 2003 to 2007 he worked with Dr Mireille Sebah (Sedation Specialist) and with Dr Claude Sebah (Emergency and Implant Specialist). In January 2008 he moved his practice to London performing exclusively root canal therapy and retreatment of infected teeth under microscope. He is a member of the SFDE (French Society of Esthetics Dentistry) as well as the SFE and our own BDS.
